Replying to PLUG Messages

I'd appreciate one of the following (and I'm sure others would):
  1) People not both CC: me AND reply to the list
  2) The mailing list be set to supply a Reply-to: header for the list.

Please don't tell me to set up a Procmail recipe.  Not sending duplicate
messages is a common courtesy, and this is the only mailing list that I'm
subscribed to that doesn't set a Reply-to:.  If the list administrator has
reasons for not setting it, I can appreciate that.
