I recommend that you look at the ads in a recent copy of 
Linux Journal.  I have NO experience with buying a computer 
system with any Linux distribution preinstalled.  I always
installed the Linux distribution myself.

If mail order is OK, you may wish to look at VA Research
at http://www.varesearch.com/.  VA Research has been selling
Linux hardware system for some years.
