[Plug] updates to the plug web page

So how long's it gonna take to get the 

"WHERE" changed to "Town Pizza - 1900 Pine street, on the corner of 19th &
Pine" (I believe "town" was actually spelled funny)

And the topics for the next 2 meetings...

August: Python CGI
September: Encryption

(I incourage mentioning the month each time the plans are updated, since
the current stuff on the page is clearly over a month old)
