I've purchased two motherboards from TC--they have a nice
selection and reasonably good prices, but I wonder if their recent
acquisition by Insight hasn't had a bad effect on the company.
Recently (within the past month) I had a TC motherboard go bad.
What should have been simple--getting an RMA number--turned out
to be incredibly difficult. I was put on hold for hours and then hung
up on. None of the voice mail messages I left were returned until I
left a message for the tech support supervisor that I was writing the
CEO if I didn't hear back from somebody by 6 pm that night. That
got action, but the experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I
would not do business with them again.
