[PLUG] what ISP should I switch to ?

op.net (my current ISP), has recently been bought out by netreach.net.
Around that time, I stopped being able to sync my clock to timeservers,
ftp, telnet, or ssh into my box. This is unacceptable.
What ISPs in this area provide shell accounts & don't suck ?
