I saw this on somebody's signature on a mailing list... The Library of
Congress is currently accepting submissions about why the DMCA is bad
and how it will infringe on fair use rights. From looking at the page,
it looks like tomorrow (17th) is the deadline for submissions, so you
better hurry if you're going to do this.
