[PLUG] Mailman

Has anyone experienced a problem with Mailman wherein it will work normally
for a while and then suddenly hold multiple people's posts?  No, this is
not related to this list.  I'm trying to help out someone else who is
having this problem.  No, really. <g>  He's also said that if somebody
sends mail to the list and cc:'s it to somebody else it is certain to be
held.  I checked the privacy settings, and the settings regarding spam, but
all seems to be normal.

Any ideas?
