Many more programs. On the order of the difference between Win NT 4
Workstation and Win NT4 Server. More physical resources needed (RAM, etc).
IOW ... very different from NT 4.

I run W2K Pro @ home; and have seen W2K server at my buddy's place. I'll
tell ya whatever I can.
