[PLUG] Apache, FPServer Extensions, RPM

Does anyone have/know where to get an RPM for RH7.1 of Apache with the Front
Page Server Extensions built in? Or does anyone know enough about building
RPM's to tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've tried off and on to build that
particular RPM with no success. I modified the .spec file, included the
patch files and it still doesn't seem to build properly.
