So, like someone at the meeting last month (Walt?) I just noticed
that a UID I really don't think should be primary on my keyring is
after adding a couple of secondary ones.
When I do gpg --fingerprint gr@eclipsed.net, I get:
pub 1024D/0CF9091A 2001-07-23 gabriel rosenkoetter <gr@cs.swarthmore.edu>
Key fingerprint = 1175 C547 F847 8340 AC62 6C20 F5E8 5A70 0CF9 091A
uid gabriel rosenkoetter <gr@eclipsed.net>
uid gabriel rosenkoetter <rosenkoetter@pobox.com>
sub 1024g/E2AD2F4B 2001-07-23
gr@cs.swarthmore.edu was added (before rosenkoetter@pobox.com, I
think, so it's not just picking the most recently-added uid) using
the adduid command of gpg --edit-key to a key that was created
initially with gr@eclipsed.net.
I'd still like gr@eclipsed.net to be the primary uid. How do I fix
this?
(No, there is no "make primary" command for --edit-key, which is
pretty lame, if you ask me. Nor is the man page much help that I can
see.)
