[PLUG] [PLUG-Announce] Meeting schedule changes

The January meeting has been postponed one week, from the 2nd to the 9th,
due to the holiday.


We still need feedback from more than 6 people on which day of the week to
hold the February Netaxs meeting, the week after the first plug meeting.  I
think the two best options are tuesday and thursday.

Sunday - Bad because it's the weekend.
Monday - Bad because mondays are bad to try to do anything.
Tuesday - Good.
Wednesday - Bad because it'd be nice to give people who are always busy on
            wednesdays an opportunity to go to some meetings.
Thursday - Good.
Friday - Bad because it's the weekend.
Saturday - Bad because it's the weekend.
