[PLUG] Time/Date problem

Hello

My system, which is on 24hrs a day is keep losing time/date. Whenever I
check
the time/date on it (after 3-4 hour later), its always wrong and I have to
set it again. I don't know
why its doing it.

To set the time I am doing,
$ date --set 13:00:0
  (for 1:00 PM)

and to set the date I am doing,
$ date --date 020101
  (for Jan 01, 2002)

Is this the correct way of doing it?
