[PLUG] Full Partion

I have a partion (/usr) which is almost full, I have another partion
completly free (/dev/hda4). Is there a way I can merge these two partions
together? To create a larger one?
My disk report is the following (don't know if its helpful):

Filesystem           1k-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1              1921156   1012856    810708  56% /
/dev/hda5              1676080    126472   1464468   8% /home
/dev/hda6              1921156    918920    904644  51% /mp3
/dev/hda7              1921156   1491804    331760  82% /usr

I already created a Filesystem for /dev/hda4 (which is ext3).
