i had already figured this out and I still can't connect. if you are still
getting through - then good for you. I think that I alerted them to this
problem on saturday. I was having a problem where my system would be
unreachable daily between appx 11am - 2pm. I happened to be home sat and had
seen it again (couldn't go out this time). I called support and they put in a
special ticket to make sure that my account was properly "configured" and
they wanted me to reboot to change my DHCP settings. I restarted that
ethernet card, got the new address even though I was sending in the old ID
(just like you). After that, I could no longer get to my HTTP,HTTPs, SSH and
my email server wasn't able to receive mail to my domain.
oh well - easy come easy go...
