Cavalier Telephone used to be part of Conectiv. Conectiv, for those
that don't know, is the combination of two power companies: Delmarva
Power and Light - and Atlantic Electric. They had a lot of excess
bandwidth and decided to go into the phone business. It's a LOT less
profitable than electricity so they sold it to Cavalier.

unrelated division of Conectiv.
