[PLUG] subject lines

I hope this doesn't sound too silly, but can you guys use shorter subject
lines?  All those subject lines that start with "Newbie's first question
-" look the same in my mail reader.  There are at *least* 3 threads like
this.  How about putting the meaningful part first?
