[PLUG] scsi raid array...adding a drive to an existing array?

I have a perc3 raid card here running a Dell PowerVault 2115 and I have a
raid 5 array in which I'd like to add more drives w/o erasing anything. Is
this possible? Can I do this from the raid bios? I'm running rh6.2, but
I'm upgrading to 7.3.
