I'm not aware of any adapters that will get that monitor connected to the Sparc20, but you can use a null modem cable attached to serial port A on the sun box, which is a 25 pin female (or is it male? i'm not 100% sure on that one).
Use your favorite terminal emulator (hyperterm, minicom, whatever), with the usual 9600/8/N/1, No flow control, boot up the Sun box, and you should get the console via the null modem cable.
