which in turn is because exactly half have:
file-system PROCFS
file-system KERNFS
in their kernel config.
| Note I said "modern". For NetBSD, I think that counts as 1.5 or so
| (for this feature), but I'm not looking at the CVS history at the
| moment.
I might rather say any modern BSD has it available as an option,
but which may or may not be installed.
