[PLUG] project mgmt software

good morning all!

i am looking for a project mgmt software package that will make the
pretty gannt charts, flow chart diagrams, etc... that the upper-mgmt
types like to see.  i would also like the ability to save the
visualizations in jpeg or some other common format, so that they can be
viewed by anyone (ie: win users).  i've tried mr.project and that doesnt
have all the functionality that i need.

any suggestions?
