I don't want to start a debate, but there is room for, and need for, the
commercialism of some OSS. Developers need money, users need software.
If users are making money with the software it would be nice if they
contributed to its development. Especially big companies which have the
resources to buy more expensive, closed-source applications. I like to
see people with minimal financial resources benefit from free software.
At the same time, it kind of bugs me when people with ample financial
resources are so intent of getting everything for free. Maybe one day
we will be able to trade software for food, but for now, selling
commercial software isn't such a terrible thing.
