The Richard Blum book is the only one out AFAIK (there's 2 more due Soon).
The Blum book is oriented more for beginner's, is the general concensus,
altho I don't have a copy myself (I bought one, and brought it back, since
I was able to set up enough for my needs just from the help files and an
article in a magazine and the high volume mailing list).
Dig around on Ralf's site -
http://www.stahl.bau.tu-bs.de/~hildeb/postfix/. he has example configs,
and links to other sites. And is one of the authors of the Soon-to-come
new books.
