RE: [PLUG] sparc ultra 2 enterprise booting

sorry, yes, keyboard and video card have been removed. I also removed a row
of the ram chips. I have two drives for it, and have tried with both, and
just one in. I also have two CPU's, and have tried various ways of just one
and both.
I am also not totally sure which serial port to use (none seem to be
responding, but I don't know where to look to find the correct one).

did you remove the keyboard from the machine? Otherwise you wont get
anything from the serial port
