Older bioses can't see the newer ElTorito spec CDs. This is because the
bios can't recognize a bootable image on the CD that is larger than
1.44MB. (The newer spec allows for larger images.)
Build a set of boot disks. You can use rawwrite.exe to build them if you
don't have a usable Linux system.
