[PLUG] Mozilla Shows Up Huge

I'm a newbie and I'm using a 600x480 display and mozilla displays about 2x too big when launched
from X.  (X? It says twn on the menu. Redhat 9)

The width and height parameters from mozilla help are ineffective in my hands.  For example the
command:

mozilla -height 26 -width 80 

successfully starts mozilla but its the same too-big size as it is without the parameters.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
