[PLUG] DCMA and Linux Journal

This is purely my own observation and has nothing do with my employer.
Check out page six of the March 2004 Linux Journal and a letter titled
"Will DCMA Lawyers Burn Books?". That's about all I am comfortable saying
in electronic form. :|
