Agreed. But I fend that running the following from cron once a day is
not a bad move, either. ;-)
tar czf $BACKUP_DIR/`date "+%Y-%m-%d"`.tgz $HOME/.jpilot
I must say, though, that I'm still a bit fuzzy on why the
palm-link/jpilot backups are necessary at all. It seems like it
should just have an image of the PDB's on disk.
