Job Summary
Design and develop trading support applications for various equities
and derivatives securities. These senior professionals will
participate in all phases of software development from initial
requirements through final quality assurance and implementation. Other
responsibilities include: design and development of user interface
components for the system, implementation of robust, re-usable source
code.
Qualifications & Skills
Five years or more of software development experience required
At least five years of recent professional experience with many of
the following: C++, ATL, COM, Windows NT/2000/XP.
At least two years of recent professional experience with some of the
following: C#.NET, VB.NET, Windows Forms.
Strong Data Visualization and User Interface Design skills.
Experience with database communication mechanisms like ODBC, ADO, OLEDB
Strong interpersonal skills dealing with traders, quantitative
analysts, and other software developers
Technical Experience in the following areas a plus: Market Data, High
Performance Display of Real Time Data, Rendezvous, JMS, MQSeries or
other message-oriented middleware.
