[PLUG] PGP for Dumm... I mean, Executives

Does anyone have any handy links that explains PGP in broad terms?
I can't tie up my phone right now, I'll Google some stuff later;
but if anyone has anything bookmarked and within easy reach pls
start me in the right direction.
Bonus points for diagrams and illustrations and not too much geekery.
