[PLUG] ubuntu dedicated servers -- recommendations

Hello all.

I am looking for a reliable hosting solution for a dedicated server,
which can run the following:
- --Ubuntu 6.06 LTS Dapper Drake
- --Apache2
- --MySQL 5 (CRITICAL)
- --PHP5 (CRITICAL)
- --root shell access (CRITICAL)

I have done some cursory searches, and have come up with the following:

http://www.rackmounted.com/celerond.php
http://www.vpslink.com/ (NOT dedicated, they use virtualization)

Want to know if anyone has any recommendations -- I am currently
paying $100/month for a dedicated server running RHEL, Ensim, PHP4 and
MySQL4.

I am looking to get away from RHEL and rpm-hell, and find an Ubuntu host.
