WRT54GL. the G series after v4 have fewer resources. basically
anything that runs DD-WRT Linux (or OpenWRT). Buffalo has one too,
the WHR-HP-G54.
however, I'm disappointed with the significant delay in introducing
802.11n final routers that run DD-WRT (and with gigabit ethernet).
I'm not keen on buying any more/new routers that don't meet those
specs.

again, I'd look to DD-WRT support for this, such as the Avila
Gateworks GW234X series.
