James-
I currently work for ACE Technology Group (hence the shameful plug
yesterday on IRC) - http://www.acetechgroup.com
My boss and the owner, W. Chris Shank, posts on the PLUG (but not very
often). My co-worker, Alex Launi, posts more often.
You may also be familiar with ACE as we host the Ubuntu PA LoCo's site-
http://www.meetlinux.com
All of our workstations and servers are GNU/Linux (mostly Ubuntu Dapper
due to the LTS, maybe one or two are Debian boxes). I'd guess that maybe
70% of our clients have a GNU/Linux server in place which we manage and
maintain. Lots of details I can't exactly go into due to NDA but let's
just say one of the areas of expertise we specialize in is GNU/Linux and
Windows integration.
I haven't brought it up with Chris yet, but I'd be thrilled to be
present on such a panel if you decide to go that route.

Bill Gates is to hacking as Sid Vicious was to the Sex Pistols: no talent, everyone hates him, and he's just in it for the fame and money.
