Could please me a little more specific. A suggestion for you if you don't already have one is to put together a spec(document) that details exactly what you want done and what is expected of the company or persons you are looking for.
There is a lot of room in "day to day". Like do you expect people take on responsibility for the hardware, write code, or basic system administration, web site design ...etc.
