I'm working on this as I type.
It's on a Dell E4300. The things I would like to do to Dell cannot be
printed here. The #&(!ers won't even tell me what BRAND of touchpad it is.
Just survived trying to get the internal card reader working.
It taught me a very valuable lesson: always do this on a CLEAN desktop.
Turned out it was working all along but I didn't see the icon :)
Will report back.
