I've been using them for years and have been mostly* very happy with
them. Good, cheap & fast. I have no relationship other than as a
satisfied customer.
* My latest purchase is a 6u 130lbs APC SmartUPS {Somethingorother}.
The power cord exits at the bottom middle in the back, and is in the
prefect place to be crimped when tilting the unit back. The unit I
bought was in fact badly crimped, so I had to open it up and cut 8-10
inches off the cord and reconnect to remove the bad part. I was
disappointed that that made it past QA, but I've otherwise been very happy.
Good luck,
JP

"Microsoft Tax" = the additional hardware & yearly fees for the add-on
software required to protect Windows from its own poorly designed and
implemented self, while the overhead incidentally flattens Moore's Law.
