[PLUG] Seagate warranty return, Smartctl
|
I've got a 3 month old Seagate 500GB 2.5in SATA drive in my Laptop,
working fine, but
I've just found that smartctl errors are ticking away every second, but
all self tests pass.
Model: Momentus 7200.4 SATA 3Gb/s 500-GB Hard Drive
I've got a full backup
Is this enough for a warranty return, I don't have any easy way to run
their
Windows Diagnostic program on their web site.
