Hi all,

We are looking for a unix system administrator to manage scientific  
computing infrastructure (mostly linux) of several laboratories. The

Here is the job description:

Perform system administration and maintenance for several computing  
clusters, mostly running Linux. Duties include managing backups,  
installing and maintaining software and hardware, troubleshooting  
network issues, managing user accounts, server configuration and  
tuning, and maintaining the center's web server. These duties will  
require some walking between buildings on the Penn campus.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of related experience or  
an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some experience  
with Linux or UNIX system administration. Position contingent upon  
funding.
