[PLUG] Google Voice Notifier

A little bird tells me that PLUG member Matt Mossholder's
gvoice-notifier app has been packaged up to a PPA. If you're
a Google Voice user and want to get notifications via the Ubuntu
Indicator infrastructure, check it out.
