If you are curious about the name "Cyanogen" check out Wikipedia's page on the

and what I was doing there is a much better blog post than a PLUG email.
No, my next project will NOT be called dicyanoacetylene.
On the other hand, "carbon subnitride" has a certain "ring" to it.
