[PLUG] Large attachments

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that any message sent to the list larger than 100k
will be held for moderation. Our mailman instance doesn't send notices
when this happens, so someone (usually me!) needs to check on an admin
page to see if there are any held messages. I try to check every day,
but it might sit there for several days until I get around to it.

It can be argued that 100k is a pretty small limit these
days. However, Michael's post had a 4080x3072 5 MB jpeg
attachment with just a few lines of text on it.

I'm not trying to call out Michael, it's just that his post is the
most recent example I have. Please try to keep in mind:

* Any large attachment will likely cause your post to be held

* There are currently 654 people on the list, and your attachment will
  go out to everyone

* If you need to send a photo (reasonable here, since you can't take a
  screenshot of a bootloader) pleased check if you can shrink it down
  and still have it be readable
