I use Ionos, which has an office in Chesterbrook, PA, but is based in Germany.  I consider them good because they follow GDPR, as they are EU based and maintain a local office here.  I used to work for them so I am a bit biased.

I've been moving my domains from Gandi to Porkbun as they come up for renewal.

Gandi did give FreeBSD developers discounts, but no more. Porkbun is cheaper now.
