BerkeleyLUG meetup this Sunday 2023-10-08
Hey all,
Earlier-than-usual reminder here of the first Berkeley Linux User Group meetup of the month. Both the virtual and the in-person physical meetups start at 11:00am PDT this Sunday, October 8th and go to 2:00pm or however late people want to participate.

IIRC, the consensus from one of the last meetups is that the in-person physical meetup will again be at Caffe Strada.
Caffe Strada's address is 2300 College Ave Berkeley, CA 94704 and it is located at the Southwest corner of College and Bancroft across the street from the main Cal campus (see its OpenStreetMap.org geolocation map at https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/37.8691/-122.25484 )

Will myself be UNable to attend either the virtual meetup or the in-person physical meetup due to other plans for this entire upcoming weekend.
* Directly pertaining to the Jit.si Meet login authentication requirements as detailed in Rick M's previous posting 'meet.jit.si change (re: initial room creation)' at http://linuxmafia.com/pipermail/sf-lug/2023q3/015885.html , someone else (Michael P, Thomas L, ...??? ) will have to authenticate the Jit.si Meet instance "using a Google Account _or_ a Facebook account _or_ a GitHub account" near the time the scheduled virtual meeting begins.
