I have had it a little over 2 years - use it everyday.
 It has held up very well.  The only down side is that
some times I wish I had a smaller backup bag - this
bag can carry a lot...but it is not everyday I have a
laptop and several books along for the ride.

I am thinking of getting a second bag, been eyeing
this one:
