[PhillyOnRails] PubNite Polls are closing

I'm gonna close down the voting and pick a time and place this  
Saturday (11/4) at 12pm EST.

If you want some say in the time or location, speak up soon or  
forever hold your peace.

I'll call the chosen location Saturday evening to warn them of our  
impending doom... er... arrival. :)
