[PhillyOnRails] PhillyOnRails project in rubyforge?

I noticed that the Seattle.rb has a project on sourceforge for stuff  
created by their members.  I was thinking PhillyOnRails could use one  
too.  Maybe we have some code to offer that'd get us on the  
proverbial map a bit.

I'd be happy to create it.  I have a couple of little utils that  
could be generally useful once made gemmable.  I'm sure there are  
others in the community that have some too.

Thoughts?  Objections?
