[PhillyOnRails] Moving forward with PhillyOnRails

PubNite was great. We talked about a couple of actionable ideas.

The first was to check in rails monkeypatches into the phillyonrails rubyforge.

The second was to form a business.phillyonrails.org or corporate.phillyonrails.org site.

Mat and Erin have been doing a wonderful job of coordinating the pubnites and lecture nights.  Keep up the good work (sorry if i missed anyone.)  However, there is a lot of Rails talent in this area, a lot of people working with rails professionally, and I do not think that we are taking advantage of this to the max. (For the win!)
