[PhillyOnRails] [ANN] Last Call For Ruby East

Ruby East is the biggest Ruby conference to hit the East Coast. Join us for an initial day of Ruby
and Ruby on Rails training this Thursday the 27th, followed a conference on Friday the 28th which will be jam-packed
with great Ruby content. Wrap things up with the Rails Rumble finale and a Saturday codefest.
