My service is being provided by OpNet/NetReach right now. I used to
really like OpNet, and I have been a customer of theirs for years, but
when they merged with NetReach their service went straight into the
toilet. NetReach doesn't answer their phone calls or their email.
I've wasted a lot of time talking to the higher-ups in charge of
support and customer service, and I wasn't happy with the
result---they still ignored my calls and email. So I'm shopping
around for a new ISP.
