Well, it's after yapc, and after ten-days-before-Bastille-day. Who's up for dinner on Monday? :-) Since it's summer, lite fare served chilled sounds in order. For anyone who wants the opposite, how about Brasil on Chestnut (bet. front & 2nd)? Last time I was there, the house special was something akin to 'filet of roast meat market' (sorry, I forget the real name of this Brazilian delicacy). It starts out with three different meats, and continues with a parade of different cuts and preparations of beef, chicken, pork and other such tasty bits. For the less meat-inclined, Brasil serves a wonderful array of fish as well. (Entrees in the $15-$20 range IIRC). Of course, there's always Chinatown, the new standbys, the old standbys, Abners, South St. Souvlaki (if they're back from Greece), Eppie's, Fuji Mountain, [damn, I'm going to miss this city], The Artful Dodger, Dickins Inn, Dmitri's, (that morrocan place on 10th/11th), .... Z. PS: Steve Lopez had his last meal in the city at Santa Fe Burrito Company. Another fine recommendation to add to the list. **Majordomo list services provided by PANIX <URL:http://www.panix.com>** **To Unsubscribe, send "unsubscribe phl" to majordomo@lists.pm.org**
