The vietnamese place is Vietnam. They've had a major renovation since
December and it's a much nicer space.
New place on race? On that block, it might be the reopened Singapore on
the south side of the street, or some brand new restaurant where
Singapore used to be on the north side of the street, next to Ocean Harbor.
